What we collect
Account information: your name, email address and the professional details you choose to add to your profile.
Research information: the searches you run, the records you save and the workspaces you take part in, so that your research is where you left it.
Enquiry information: the details you submit through a contact or demonstration form.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for passwords in the application itself: authentication is handled by the platform's identity service.
We do not ask for confidential case details in a marketing enquiry form, and you should not send them that way.
We do not build advertising profiles from research activity.
Why we hold it
To provide the research service, to keep your saved work available to you, and to answer enquiries you send us.
Profile information is used to personalise defaults such as jurisdictions and preferred citation style. It is not used to infer professional credentials.
Your controls
You can view and correct your profile at any time. You can request an export of your data or the closure of your account from the privacy tab of your portal settings.
Requests are recorded with a timestamp and handled by our team; they are not instantly destructive, so that an accidental request can be withdrawn.
Retention and access
Your profile is private by default. It is not published, indexed or listed to other users.
Records you create are scoped to you or to your organisation's boundary, and that boundary is enforced in the backend rather than by hiding navigation.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form, selecting the data and privacy category.
These pages describe how the service is operated today. They are not a claim of certification or of compliance with a regime we have not been assessed against. Questions about any statement here can be sent through the contact form.
